I know the one is his cousin / assistant but i,m guessing the other might be one of Justin backup dancer.

Yeah, the girl with the red bandana is Justin’s cousin/assitant Rachael. The other girl (from what I can see of her hair) looks like his backup dancer Tammy Fey.
He looks hot as hell though!
