Word is just getting out that Josh Brolin was arrested for public intoxication on New Year’s Day.
TMZ reports Brolin was arrested just before midnight on January 1 in Santa Monica. He was booked at 3:02 AM and then released from jail at 7:14 AM, paid $250 bail and was not given a citation for the arrest, which means he’s good to go, no court.
