Joe Francis being bad in jail, and caught!

 

Girls Gone Wild mega millionaire Joe Francis, reportedly offered a police offer $100.00 for a bottle of water which led to an inspection of his jail cell.  Inside his cell they found $700.00 in cash all in $100.00 bills and some pills believed to be a controlled substance.  He is currently being investigated for allegations of attempted bribery charges, introduction of contraband into a correctional facility and possession of controlled substance. 

It’s not known how he obtained the drugs and cash.  He has not been charged yet, but an investigation is underway!

Here’s an update from TMZ

Scott Barker, the President of Mantra Films (Produces Girls Gone Wild) has also been arrested by the Bay County Sherriff on suspicion of slipping the pills and the cash to Joe.  Authorities are saying that Barker made the switch when he visited Joe Wednesday night at jail. 

-Hopefully theres video of the alleged handoff that will be leaked.  How else are they so sure.
