Jessica Simpson Daisy Missing Poster

Jessica Simpson tweeted last night that her beloved Malti-Poo Daisy, who goes with her everywhere, was snatched up by a coyote right in front of her eyes.

She posted the above photo on her Twitter page with the following caption:

“My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes,” Jessica Tweeted on Monday evening. “HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!”

It’s thought that Daisy was grabbed up in Simpson’s garden in Calabasas, California.

A neighbor says:

“We heard yelling and screaming coming from the direction of Jessica’s house around 9pm. I can only imagine that it was that moment that it happened because the next day we saw posters up around the neighborhood announcing that Jessica had lost her dog to a coyote. It’s so sad.”

Poor Jessica, that is so incredibly awful.  :(

Jessica received Daisy as a gift from her then husband, Nick Lachey, at a concert in Dallas several years ago.

Dear Jessica, my 5 yr. old shih-tzu Chester was nearly taken from my gated property in Palo Alto.
I openrd the door and thought it was a baby deer.Chester barked and ran after it.I never screamed
so deep and loud. They both dissapeared. With a newly fractured leg in a cast,I hobbled to find him,
screaming the whole way. After what seemed like an eternity, there he was motionless with fear. The coyote
was gone. Never give up hope. Daisy will be in my prayers. These wild animals can carry a small
dog for miles.Get a blood hound to help you, then get another pup right away. Eternal love for her,Lizzy
