Jennifer Lopez Is Training For A Triathlon

Just eight months after giving birth to twins, Jennifer Lopez has big time motivation to lose all the baby weight, she’s training for a triathlon in October.

The Latina superstar was snapped on vacation in Italy this week with her bikini body back, following the February birth of her babies Max and Emme.

And her husband Marc Anthony reveals Lopez is on a tough training schedule; on foot, on bike, and in water.

He tells TV show Extra:

 ”Jennifer is training for a triathlon. In October.”

But Anthony confesses he will be watching from the sidelines, instead of working up a sweat with Lopez adding:

“I’m very supportive. I’ll be on my Segway (encouraging her).”

    That triathlon she’s doing is a sprint distance in Malibu. A regular triathlon has a 2.4 miles swim, a 112 miles bike and a 26.2 miles run. That triathlon she’s doing has a 0.5 miles swim, a 18 miles bike, and a 4 miles run. Even teenagers are doing that one.

    She’s just out there for publicity. I’ve wrote the same comment on her website and now the comments has been deleted and my account there has been blocked. Smooth going!
