Jennifer Aniston On A Baby Food Diet ?

It’s no secret that Jennifer Aniston, 41, is in amazing shape and has an incredible body. Rumor has it the secret to that fabulous body is baby food.
Aniston is rumored to be on the ‘baby food diet’ created by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who has also worked with Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna.
She has reportedly lost 7lbs in one week on the regime while filming her latest movie, ‘Just Go With It’ in Hawaii.
The diet involves 14 portions of puréed food a day followed by a healthy adult-sized dinner.
Anderson spoke to Hollyscoop about the new diet recently saying:
“I developed a cleanse where you can still eat and it’s a lot of puree foods. I was very careful about the foods I chose to put in it. When you do these liquid cleanses I felt a responsibility to come up with something. Liquid cleanses do help you lose weight but you will gain more the next week. I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity, break bad habits but still have your digestive system going. That is when the baby food cleanse was born.”

Most ridiculous thing ever, but then again…it’s Hollyweird.
There is no need to go through extreme cleanses if you take care
of your body in the first place. Eat right, drink loads of water -
seriously…plenty of water…that is what keeps you cleansed and
hydrated -not all these silly and often extreme (lemon fast) diets
these celebrities go on.
Jennifer should concentrate on getting decent scripts and stop making
sophomoric films instead of ingesting food clearly meant for babies
and or/adults who MUST eat baby food for medical reasons.
Oh puh-leeze!
