Jennifer Aniston Is On A Health Kick

She has cut out caffeine and cigarettes. 

Dirt actress Laura Allen (who hung out with Aniston, 38, and Courteney Cox, 42, when the two shot their much-talked-about lesbian kiss in January) tells Us Weekly.

“Jen was doing a total cleansing,” says Allen, 32, who adds that the actress “did a lot of yoga to stop smoking.”

“Between takes, it would have been tempting to go outside and have a cigarette. Instead, Jen was clinging to Courteney. She said how hard it was.”

And cigarettes weren’t the only vice on the actress’ mind.

“I had a Diet Coke on-set, and she was really jonesing for it,” Allen adds.

Don’t forget to tune in to Dirt on March 27 for that much anticipated kiss between Jennifer and Courteney.  I’ve not seen a single episode of that show.  Anyone have any feedback on it? Do you like?
