If this is true then, wow…just WOW!!
The National Enquirer is reporting that 17 year old Jamie Lynn Spears is now expecting for the second time just three months after giving birth on June 19 to baby Maddie Briann.
And before you say anything about it being from TNE, just remember, they were right about her being pregnant the first time….
They say that Jamie Lynn is desperate to keep the shocking news secret and some people close to her are urging her to consider ending the pregnancy. A source says:
“Jamie Lynn is about eight weeks pregnant, and she and her mom Lynne are hysterical,”
“Neither of them knows what to do, but for now they’re trying to keep the news from getting out.”
The unplanned pregnancy came as a shock to Jamie Lynn, who’d been breast feeding her infant daughter Maddie Briann. (Let’s not forget the breastfeeding picture scandal)
“Jamie Lynn believed she couldn’t get pregnant while she was breast-feeding.”
“She’d expected to have her period by early September. A home pregnancy test came back positive and Jamie Lynn cried her eyes out. “
Her mother Lynne was livid when she found out, divulged an insider.
Meanwhile, insiders say that those close to Jamie Lynn are urging her to abort!

UPDATE: OK! Magazine (you know, the ones paying her millions for Exclusive news) just put up a note saying they spoke to Jamie Lynn and she says she is NOT pregnant….

It is NOT rubbish but you have to do it right. I have been using this methoid sucessfully for 7 years and it spaces my children three years apart naturally. But you have to also co-sleep with the infant as well. She just probably did it wrong. I hope she keeps it and deals with the fact that she has to make changes to her life.

Breastfeeding does NOT prevent pregnancy!!!! The biggest problem is you have to breastfeeding often- at least every 2-3 hours and pumping does not count! This is not told to young mothers and it is not spelled out clearly in breastfeeding books. I have many friends who have become pregnant while breastfeeding including myself.

Our doc told my wife and I that we should wait a few weeks for her to heal and then be VERY careful about having sex EVEN if she was breast feeding regularly. IF she is prego again WTF did she think was going to happen farking with no condom? IF she is 8 weeks along then the got knocked up less then a month after the birth. Stupid kids…

If you do the math, this almost proves a stupid belief. After giving birth you bleed for about 6 weeks. That’s about one month and 1/2. They say she’s eight weeks pregnant which is TWO months. This is stupid. She had a baby three months ago. It just doesn’t seem right.

A woman does not always ‘bleed’ for 6 weeks after the birth of a child. Some women only bleed for 2 weeks. It just takes your body about 6 weeks to fully heal after giving birth. She could be pregnant, nothing says she can’t.
Breast feeding won’t prevent pregnancy, the only thing that is guaranteed to prevent pregnancy is abstinence…which just doesn’t happen anymore.

Breastfeeding is NOT a method of birth control. Well, Jamie Lynn certainly didn’t abstain (probably doesn’t know the meaning” the first time around so why would she this time? I never heard that breastfeeding could keep you from getting pregnant, and even if it reduced you’re chances, that’s all it would do, “reduce” your chances. The only way to not get pregnant is not have sex! If she wanted to continue to be active she should have used some form of birth control. I fear this too much of a reality with the push for abstanence only education. Parents need to educate themselves and their children better.
The worst part, even if she’s not pregnant again, children born to teen mothers are highly likely to be teen mother themselves. I worry about Jamie and other teenage mother’s as well as their babys.

Breastfeeding is more effective during the first 6 months than every other form of birth control except A) abstinence and B) an IUD. More effective than a birth control pill or a condom. The 1% failure rate is cumulative over a year. Part-time breastfeeding isn’t effective, of course. But just because you haven’t heard of something doesn’t make it wrong–it makes you ignorant.

Every woman’s body is different, and just b/c it *can* take up to 6wks. to stop bleeding and be fully recovered doesn’t mean it will. I was able to have sex 4wks after giving birth, w/ the approval of my doctor. Of course, since my pregnancy was unplanned, I took no chances and got on birth control asap and used condoms, too.

As I see you may have conducted your research, but the percentages are meaningless. I am an physician’s assistant and I know for a fact that the odds of getting pregnant after a pregnancy is substantially higher whether breastfeeding or not.

You know, I have to play devil’s advocate here. At the hospital I had my son at, they suggested that the only birth control that I should be on while breastfeeding was the Depo Provera shot. The other contain hormones that can possibly cause harm to an infant. I didn’t take the shot because I wasn’t in a relationship or involved with anyone. There was no chance of me getting pregnant. As soon as he was finished with breastfeeding, I went back to normal birth control and got in a relationship shortly after.
But I know that they frown upon taking hormonal birth control while breastfeeding because it can come through breastmilk to the infant.
On the other hand, if she KNEW she wasn’t on birth control she shouldn’t have been having sex anyway. I hate to put all the blame on Jamie Lynn considering that her mom should have been smart enough to say, “look, we don’t want this happening again for a WHILE!” But she didn’t. There are many people to blame in this situation. I mean, the kid is 16 and need parents to give her some advice about these things.

Okay, you have to think about it: Everything in Hollywood is fake, and this probably is the fakest of all. These “sources” are actually random people who are probably against JLS, and you shouldn’t listen to everything you hear, or what you read, especially on a place on the internet. That’s the worst. Even if she was pregnant, who cares? It’s her personal life and we shouldn’t get in the way. Also, she WAS an actress. She’s not even considered a hard-working entertainer anymore. I got pregnant at 16 n had my daughter at 17 in 2005.. when she
turned 1 I got pregnant again.. I had a boy.. i didnt know what I
was going to do. But I kept him.. I am happy I did. Everything worked
out. My daughter will be 3 on Dec. 23 n my son will be 2 in Augu. They
are and I am doing great.. I am now 20 years old and a mother or 2.
and I am always there for my friends when they need help with their
new lil one and when the child gets older I will still be there

I highly doubt she is pregnant… If she is 8 weeks along she would
have gotten pregnant a month after Maddie was born… So for you
women who have had kids, tell me… How long did it take you to stop
bleeding and hurting after you had a baby? I know it took me longer

5 months after I had my baby. So people put 2 and 2 together.. And

There hasn’t been much news on Jamie Lynn since news came out that she was possibly pregnant again. I guess her sister’s upcoming tour took the spotlight off her for now. In reading some of the postings here, I would like to offer my comments.
First of all, if I recall my biology, Jamie could not get pregnant on her own. She had to have help from her boyfriend. Not one of you here called the boyfriend names or chastized him for not being responsible and using protection. This is just a typical sexist remark. Why is always the female responsible for protection? It only takes a trip to the drugstore or supermarket to buy condoms. As always, the male has a thousand and one excuses for not using condoms. If the girl gets pregnant, she is vilifiled and demeaned. What does the boy get? Well he gets a pat on the back, high-fived and “he’s the man” for getting a girl pregnant. It is commented here that Jaime should get her legs closed. That is a totally disgusting remark. Where is the “keep it in your pants” for the boyfriend? Let’s be fair. What goes for one goes for the other. They are both responsible for their actions.
This is a 17 year old girl here. I am so sure all of you here were so level headed at 17. I can tell from a couple of the postings that you found yourself in the same situation as Jaime but hear nothing about the fathers of these children. Who is paying for them? I guarantee you that more than a couple are being supported by us taxpayers. Jamie has her own wealth and that is the difference. So before you call someone names and judge them, look at your own backyard. From what I can tell, Jaime seems to be more grounded and mature than her sister.
I hope I have managed to set some of you straight and possibly thinking.

What are you talking about…”less TV shows?”. This makes no sense to me. Jamie needs to find herself a summer job or something. If she were busy she would not be bored. Just my thought. When I was Jamie’s age, my parents expected me to have a summer job. I worked at the local grocery store and babysat on the weekends. I think I did alright for myself. I know she is a rich teenager but that is still no excuse. Teenagers these days have far too much freedom and not enough responsibility. All they care about is getting the latest gadgets because all their friends have them or doing this or that. All because they want to fit in with their loser friends. Teens need to ask themselves where these so-called friends will be 5, 10, 20 years from now and if they are worth devoting so much time to. Chances are good that they answer will be no. Teens need someone they can look up to, be mentored by.

I’ve heard of some women being able to sucessfully use either the breastfeeding method or the
charting your cycle method. I think it really depends on your body and hormone
levels to be honest. My good friend was EXTREMELY fertile, she had 4 birth control
babies, she was responsible of when to take her pills, but every time after giving birth,
she would switch to a stronger birth control. After 4 children (and many MANY)
miscarriages, she had her tubes tied, only to get preg again 3 years later.
On the other hand, I know of a woman who “supposedly” took her pills responsibly, but she
also took a lot of herbal medicines that can mess up the hormones in the pill.
She has 3 babies in 3 years, getting pregnant with the second 6 mo after the first, and the
third, 3 months after the 3rd.
There are so many factors that can go into getting pregnant. I got pregnant within two weeks of
actually trying with my husband. I’m a fertile myrtle as well.
We should also blame the father as he could have firmly told her no.
We shouldn’t judge her so much. Plus, I just now noticed this article is like 5 months old

Your parents and teachers should be your inspiration. They care about you and the kind of person you will be as an adult. Education and your parents are the most valuable gifts you get in life.
