Jamie Lynn Spears Breastfeeding Picture Scandal

As you may or may not have heard by now there’s a new scandal brewing with the Spears family, this one involving new mom Jamie Lynn.
Jamie Lynn’s boyfriend and baby daddy Casey Aldridge reportedly took his camera to the local Wal-mart to get some personal family photos developed and now Law enforcement believe someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies, then tried selling them.
Federal and local authorities are on the hunt for someone peddling 12 pics of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn, daughter Maddie and Casey Aldridge. One of the pictures shows Jamie Lynn breast feeding Maddie — Jamie Lynn’s left breast is exposed which has now sparked a federal child pornography investigation.
Other pics in the set include Britney holding the baby and one of Jamie Lynn, Britney, Bryan (Brit’s bro), Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears around Jamie Lynn’s hospital bed. There are also pics of Maddie by herself, and there’s a picture of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding the baby.
TMZ did looked into this more and is reporting:
Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting child pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes — could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.
Authorities are trying to find the man who is attempting to sell the photos. In addition, we’re told Britney’s lawyers are thinking about going after Wal-Mart for the alleged security breach.
Wal-Mart tells TMZ, “We saw the story on the wires and it’s news to us too. We’ll of course investigate what, if anything, has happened here.”

It’s not child porn unless the picture is sexual in nature, i.e. if she was sitting there3 legs wide open or something. At my old job I used to develop pictures, and one guy had a bunch of pictures of his daughters naked, so we call the police, they said there was nothing they could do, however I think they did refer it to child services to make sure they weren’t being abused at all.

omg i cant belive they are trying to say it is kid porn for god sake all she is trying to do is give her child the best possible start into life. people get nagged at if they dont breast feed and when they do they now get accused for doing kid porn!!!!!

I hear you, Emma. In this world, you can’t win. So many people want it both ways. No wonder this world is really screwy and why people are so cruel. The world is f***ed up. I can’t even go outside and express myself for who I am. And, I’m a full-grown adult, too.
