J-Lo And Marc Anthony Sue British Pram Company
February 26, 2009

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthiny are suing British pram company Silver Cross for $5 million for using a photo of them pushing their one year old twins, Max and Emme, in their brand stroller without permission.
The couple filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in a Los Angeles district court on Wednesday.
The suit accuses the British manufacturing firm of using the photograph of the family online and in advertisements, misleading the public into “believing that Lopez and Anthony endorse and sponsor” the brand.
Lopez and Anthony are seeking at least $5 million in damages, a permanent injunction against any further use of their names or images in the company’s advertising, and any money that may have been made by allegedly using the couple as unwitting spokesmodels.
Yikes!

Why do u say they are losers, because they want to protect their name and image, and not be taken advantage of because they are celebs. Just cus u r famous, doesnt mean u can be used and not defined yourself.
