Gwen Stefani is leaving a medical building in this pic and they seem to be trying to say something about her belly. What do you think? I think it’s probably just the angle. She’s getting ready to go on tour right now, although she was pregnant during her last tour with cute little Kingston. Wouldn’t that be great! They are such an awesome family.
