Hulk Hogan Headed For Divorce

TMZ has obtained a document from the Pinellas County Court website which states that Hulk Hogan’s wife Linda has filed for divorce. And the worst part about this is Hulk Hogan didn’t learn of the filing from his soon-to-be ex wife, but from a reporter in Florida. OUCH!
According to the document, which does not state the reason for the divorce, Linda Marie Bollea (Linda’s married name) filed for divorce on Tuesday, November 20 against Terry Gene Bollea (the Hulk’s legal name).
The news first appeared on WTVT, the FOX affiliate in Tampa Bay, Fla. and when called for comment by a St. Petersburg Times reporter, Hulk simply said, “Thank you for the great information,” and hung up.
The Hulkster called the paper back five minutes later and said, “I’m kind of shocked … You caught me off-guard. Holy smokes. Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me.”

you know i don’t understand why Linda would be a coward like that and not talk to hulk before making a big decision. Its not like he wouldn’t understand, I mean he’s an adult, a big boy, he can handle the truth. What a way to celebrate the holidays LINDA…….. way to go girl…………….

I disagree. I’m sure the specter of Chris Benoit’s marriage and subsequent ‘divorce’ loomed large and frightening in her mind.
A woman has a right to protect herself. No questions asked.

I disagree, I truly believe that was a cowardly thing to do especially since they have children. I think this will be a nasty divorce, because Linda definitely enjoys the money. Hulk made a comment on their show once that he never thought that at 50 he would still be working because his wife can’t control her spending. She just laughed and said she needed to be kept and needed to be provided the lifestyle she was accustomed to. I don’t think it has anything to do with fear, but just being tricky.

Andy, no man can speak for a woman where her life is concerned. If that man got angry he could easily seriously harm or kill her.
Your comments made me think of all the men who slavered over Chris Benoit and spat on his wife. With a man that big, you send news you’re leaving him from the next state.
Do you know how many women are killed by men who cannot deal with the fact that the woman wants to end the relationship? The statistics speak for themselves.
Nasty or not, the divorce can be dealt with by lawyers, rather than the fists of a mammoth man in a moment of loss of control and rage.
She obviously had the courage to leave a marriage that wasn’t working for her and to take her life and safety seriously. Remember, she knows him more intimately than you do. You only know the circus image on show.

I’m sorry you’ve obviously been abused, Helena, but it’s time to get past that. I’ve only seen the show a handful of times, but it’s enough to see that “Hulk” is a genuine, good guy who wouldn’t harm a hair on any of his family.

I just hope she does get a cent out of this divorce. It does not appear that she has worked a day in her life. Sorry Lady, no free rides here. Go Hulkster!!

I don’t think that she deserves that… Hulk has done all the hard job…
he’s been working and has been working till now too. how can she even ask to get that …
