The Project Runway star will be spending this Valentine’s Day 3,000 miles away from her hubby Seal, but recently said she plans to surprise her man:

“I’m making a very fun box of heart things. Kind of like an explosion of things: confetti hearts with cute underwear and chocolates. It’s a fun surprise box for him.”
