Heidi Klum was out and about on Sunday walking around the West Village in NYC. I don’t really get her whole outfit deal she has going on. The shoes are hot, but that’s about it. What is that coat/jacket thing she has on?? So strange.

The sequin dress is Elizabeth and James which is Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s line. The dress is FABULOUS. i’m not sure about the coat. the shoes are hot too.
