Hef And The Twins Are Over

Hugh Hefner, 83, and the twins, Kristina and Karissa Shannon, are done after over a year of ‘dating’.  The girls are moving out of the mansion and into the Playmate House.

On Tuesday night Hef tweeted:

“The Shannon Twins are growing up. They’re moving to the Playmate House with my blessing so they will be free to do other things.”

Not too much later he tweeted:

“The Twins are going back to school. I’m helping them finish their education, which makes me proud.”

And ‘The Shannon Twins’, 20, tweeted:

“Were looking forward to moving to the Playmate House, But we still love Hef & want to remain close.”

This leaves Hef with just one live-in girlfriend, Crystal Harris, 23, December 2009 playmate.

E!’s Marc Malkin says:

 ”[Hef's] relationship with girlfriend Crystal Harris has been getting “more serious,” the twins have expressed a lot of interest in doing more Playmate-related promotional work for the company…

They’ve been hanging out with a lot of the other Playmates and they see these girls traveling across the country to do promotion.  They would like to be doing that, too.”
