Hayden Panettiere At The 2008 ESPYs Giant Event

 

Hayden Panettiere came out for the 2008 ESPYs Giant Event at J Bar and Lounge last night. 

The latest rumor with her is that her boyfriend and Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia was spotted doing a little ring shopping last month.

 Friends insist the handsome star is so smitten with his teenage girlfriend that he’s planning a romantic proposal - for later this year.

A pal tells In Touch magazine:

 ”Milo was looking at rings in late June. He really likes Cartier and intends to spend around $200,000.”

Ventimiglia, 31, and Hayden, 18, have been dating since the beginning of the year.
