Hayden Panettiere Ain’t No Child Starlet

Hayden Panettiere, 18, is tired of being labeled a ‘child star.’ She turns 19 in August and feels she is an adult and shoud be treated like one.
”I don’t know if they can call me a child star any more. I’m an adult now so I don’t think they would ever give me that again. I’ve gotten it before when I was young and it’s a wonderful thing. If they tried to call me a child starlet now I might go, ummm I don’t think so.”

I know she is filming a movie in Canada and hasn’t been giving interviews promoting anything so has someone just been holding on to this quote or something.

She’s not a child nor an adult. She’s a teenager. The official adult age is twenty. She’s only eighteen.
