Good Karma Worked For Hilary Swank

Hilary Swank was recently pulled over for speeding on the Pacific Coast Highway, the patrolman recognized her as the person who had helped an older lady with her groceries a few days earlier. Swank recalls, “He goes, ‘Hey, Ms. Swank, you know what? You were speeding, but I’m gonna let you off for being a good Samaritan.’”

Uhh Huh, I’m sure it has nothing to do with the fact that she’s famous or that she’s an Oscar winner…it was only because she helped an old lady with her groceries, a few days earlier even.
