Heidi Montag worked with the Funny Or Die crew on a video where she makes fun of her new plastic surgeries titled:

The video was shot at a private home in Los Angeles, it was scripted but left room for a little improvising, like the cameo appearance by her husband Spencer Pratt where he’s sitting on the pedestal.
