How cute! She looks a lot like him! I’m so happy this whole situation turned out his way.
After a bitter paternity battle, Larry Birkhead has finally been given custody of his daughter to Anna Nicole Smith.
After a long wait, the proud father posed happily with his 7-month-old baby Dannielynn, telling the U.S. edition of OK!: “Anna Nicole would be so happy for us”.
”I’m looking forward to giving Dannielynn everything that she needs and all the love and support,” he has said.
DNA tests revealed Birkhead was the biological dad in early April.
Smith’s companion, Howard K Stern, among others, claimed to be the father.
“I hate to be the one who told you this, but: I told you so,” Birkhead said at the time.
Smith, a former Playboy pin-up, died in February from an accidental drug overdose while she was in the thick of a legal battle over the estate of her late husband J. Howard Marshall II, a Texan oil baron who died in 1995.
It has left the future uncertain for baby Dannielynn - it is unclear if she will inherit millions from the estate.

Love this and the pictures of Larry and Dannielynn. You gotta admire Larry for not giving up on Dannielynn. That a real man! I hope that Larry will be named “Father of the Year” this time instead of the usual Brad Pitt, who doesn’t even compare when fighting for his bio daughter — only whins about it.

I knew it was him for a long time now. I think he will raise the baby, so that when Anna looks down on her she’ll be proud.

I am so so happy for Larry Birkhead! No one can deny she is her father’s daughter! She looks exactly like him! Well at least some good fortune (better than all the money in the world!) came out of these unfortunate events! We have been with you from the beginning Larry! Great for you! And Grandma Vergie, Let your grandaughter be! She needs to be with her daddy! You will definitely be in her life of course, as said by her father! So what could be your real motive for fighting for her? Hmmmm???…..
