Milla Jovovich channeled her inner Marilyn Monroe in a photo shoot by Ellen von Unwerth for the new issue of France’s Madame Figaro magazine.

During her interview with the mag, the 36-year-old actress chats about the shoot, her daughter and wanting more family time.  Check out highlights below:

On how the photo shoot went:  “It was fabulous. The house where we shot at Mount Olympus, a district of Hollywood, was built in 1958 and has clearly not moved since. Thanks to the gentleman of 96 years who lives there, the house retains its character: threadbare carpet and threadbare and tattered curtains! My daughter (Ever Gabo, 4 years) had joined us, I had to send it to my mother, who lives two blocks away. She kept sneezing, as her nose was covered with dust! I am not a neat freak, but I preferred to avoid a health crisis.”

On how the idea came about channeling the character of Marilyn: “Ellen has a pretty crazy sense of humor. We are part of Marilyn, with the stylist, then we forced the line: a stronger makeup, a hair less wise, cleavage more challenging, to Jayne Mansfield. Distance between fun and great affection for the character.

On how her daughter is different from her: “She’s a year younger than me when I arrived in the United States from the former USSR. At school, it made me feel like I came from another planet. Ever has a Russian mother, an English father and she joined the French School in Los Angeles…. Russian Traditional education does not leave much room for the child, or their opinion. We had to fight to make our voices heard. For now, Ever fights only on the mat in Taekwondo! “

On what she’d like to be: “Stay at home mom! Take more time for my personal life and my family is … an interesting concept for a workaholic like me! I want my daughter to have fixed hours for his return. So, I take a break: more shooting at the other end of the world for now. But I prepare four pieces with musician friends, and a video directed by Simon Cahn, a young French director. Ever calls me a little sister. My husband and I do not do anything to get one, but nothing to prevent it either…”

Nick Stahl,the actor best known for playing John Connor in Terminator 3, is missing according to his wife.

The 32-year-old’s wife filed a missing person’s report with the L.A.P.D. on Monday saying she last saw him on May 9.

TMZ reports:

It is believed Stahl had been frequenting the Skid Row area of Downtown Los Angeles recently … and there are concerns he may have gotten himself involved in some bad stuff.

Back in February, Nick’s wife had filed court papers, expressing serious concerns that Nick may be using drugs … and sources say she fears drugs may have something to do with his disappearance.

Jennifer Aniston is still going strong as the face of  Glaceau’s Smartwater.  The ads, which always seem to stick to the black and white theme, are set to run in the June issues of magazines.

Tonight, Tuesday May 15, was the eighth Dancing With The Stars Results Show of Season 14 and Semi Finals week where one of the 4 remaining celebrity dancers and their pro-dancing partner got kicked off the show just missing out on next week’s finals.

Carrie Underwood and Alanis Morissette performed on the show, and a special Rock of Ages performance by Julianne Hough, Mary J. Blige and Diego Boneta.

Last week Roshon Fegan & Chelsie Hightower and Melissa Gilbert and Maksim Chmerkovskiy were the sixth and seventh couple voted off in the double elimination.

Dancing With The Stars is one of the must see TV shows for me so when rumors of them possibly bringing back past favorites for an all star season started going around recently, I was getting a little excited!

According to EW, Paul Lee, ABC’s entertainment president, confirmed the news that there will be a season revolving around past favorites, but said:

“I can’t talk about the casting yet, but I’d love to see some of the fan favorites from the past seasons come back. We’ve had many favorites over the 14 seasons that we’ve got. So, fingers crossed. We’re out casting now, and I hope we come in with a really interesting cast of people who our audience is passionate about.”

Can’t wait to hear who’s coming back to the ballroom!!

Country superstar Miranda Lambert is the cover girl for the June 2012 issue of Self magazine.  Inside her interview with the mag the 28-year-old opens up about her marriage to Blake Shelton and thoughts on dieting.

On not wanting to be too thin:  “I don’t care about being stick-thin. I don’t want stuff to jiggle. Really skinny actresses make me hungry—I see them and think, Honey, you need to eat! I’m lucky I don’t have to live like that. I feel my best when I’m a toned, not flabby, size 8. Women come up to me and say, ‘You’re beautiful and confident, and that makes me feel I can be, too.’”

On her hate for exercising:  “I absolutely hate exercise. I love it afterward, of course. But my trainer is so nice, I want to do push-ups to please him!”

On not getting to spend much time with husband Blake Shelton:  “Blake and I barely see each other. We got married [last May], and we each had so much travel, it was, like, See you next year! There have been challenges the first year, but we faced them. We’re individuals, but together we’re a force to be reckoned with.”

On finding a happy medium in the diet dept.: “I won’t give up what I enjoy to look perfect. I want to find a happy medium between feeling good about my body and still having a beer and some barbecue.”

On not holding back: “I say what I think. My song ‘Gunpowder and Lead’ is about domestic violence. When I saw [Chris Brown perform] at the Grammys, it upset me. I felt like the entertainment industry wasn’t sending a good message. So I tweeted about it. ["He beat on a girl.... Not cool that we act like that didn't happen."] I could have kept it to myself, but I’m glad I didn’t. If I saw him, I’d say, ‘We need to talk about you not doing this ever again.’ And I might have to use some curse words to get my point across.”

Rihanna has always been one to love flaunting her hot bod, who can blame her, right?  If I had her body, I’d walk around wearing as little as possible too!

Over the weekend the sexy singer posted over 180 behind-the-scenes photos from her new music video shoot for “Where Have You Been” and she’s practically naked in many of them, only being covered by some strategically placed scales.

I’ll admit it, I watch MTV’s Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 and sometimes even 16 And Pregnant.  I just cannot help it!

The original Teen Mom cast featuring Maci, Farrah, Catelynn and Amber is my favorite, TM2 is a close behind though, and I was a little bit sad to hear this upcoming season would be their last.  BUT I’m glad they are moving on and getting the cameras out to try for a bit of a more ‘normal’ lifestyle after all these years of filming.

Anyways the new and final season of Teen Mom will premiere June 12th at 10/9C on MTV and I will definitely be watching!  Check out the first trailer for the last season in the video above.

On being showcased in Maxim-ready looks early in her career: “I had a show [Fox's Dark Angel] that premiered when I was 19. And right away, everyone formed a strong opinion about me because of the way I was marketed. I was supposed to be sexy, this tough action girl. That’s what people expected…I felt like I was being objectified, and it made me uncomfortable. I wanted to be chic and elegant!”

On how she has grown more assured of herself in recent years: “Now that I’m older, I’ve learned how to own it, but I’m still not very overt. There are some women who dress for men. I dress for myself. It took me some time to get here. Being a mom and feeling grown-up have helped. Now if I’m going to wear something short, it has to have a high neck or a little sci-fi toughness to it, an edge.”

On her former, sexier self: “I like to get positive attention. But if I have a choice between someone noticing in a negative way what I’m wearing and going, What was she thinking? or someone not noticing what I’m wearing, I would rather not make a statement at all and just have a good conversation instead.”
