February 15, 2009

Farrah Fawcett is suing Bio-Graphics inc., Pie International Inc. and author T.N. Trikilisover regarding the rights to a famous set of photographs (one shown above) of the former Charlies Angel in a red swimsuit.
Fawcett filed papers at Los Angeles county court on Friday claiming that two companies have “falsely asserted to third parties that [Fawcett] does not own any rights in the photographs.”
Fawcett says she “owns and possesses all the photographs and negatives of all the photographs taken at the photo shoot” accusing Trikilis and executives at Pie of reproducing the photo and selling it.
She is suing for a minimum of $100,000.
