Erykah Badu Charged With Disorderly Conduct Over Stripping In Dallas For Her Music Video ‘Window Seat’

Dallas police have charged singer Erykah Badu with disorderly conduct over her nude music video shoot for ‘Window Seat’ which took place recently in the middle of Dealey Plaza in Dallas, the place where JFK was assassinated in 1963.
Badu stripped naked in broad daylight at the site infront of anyone and everyone that happened to be in the area at the time, including small children. A Texas woman filed an indecency complaint with the PD.
She will be mailed her a citation and will face up to a $500 fine.
The video has gone viral leaving many viewers impressed, but it could lead Dallas to put more severe sanctions on filming in the city without proper permits.

She’s an artist and has a right to her expression. Exposing herself to kids may have been a tad over the line but I’m sure that she will pay the $500 fine juat as any person who has broken the law would. Who are we to judge her methods of expression?
