Eric Dane And Rebecca Gayheart To Sue Over Threesome Sex Tape

 

I knew this was the month for naked celebrity pics, but this time it’s a celeb sex tape!

Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart allegedly have a sex tape out where they have a threesome?!! (the other woman in the tape is Former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche who was recently thrown off Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab where she was being treated for sex addiction)

TMZ is reporting there is already a legal war raging over the tape.

Dane and Gayheart’s rep Marty Singer, tells TMZ he will sue anyone who publishes the video, which he calls “a private, confidential tape.”

Their rep also says he just spoke with the other woman in the tape, Kari Ann Peniche, and asked her how the tape got leaked where she responded: “I have no idea. I had nothing to do with it.”

As for the reports that there’s a major sex session going on on the tape, Singer said:

“From what I’ve seen it’s a naked tape, not a sex tape.  At most it’s 3 people maybe wanting to have sex.”
