Current Dancing With The Stars contestant Jason Taylor and last weeks vote off Marlee Matlin were spotted at Katsuya last night in Los Angeles.

I can’t help but notice Jason losing his balance on the steps.  We had pictures up of Janet, Miss Jackson if your nasty, almost falling on the same steps the other day as she was leaving.  Is it a lawsuit waiting to happen??!!
