Drew Carey, Come On Down!

 

It has just been announced that funny man Drew Carey will be the new host of the popular CBS game show The Price Is Right. He has confirmed his new gig during a taping of the The Late Show with David Letterman, which is set to air tonight.  I’m actually suprised at this. He will be awesome, don’t get me wrong, but I had no idea he was even in the running for it. Sweet!

Carey, 49, had a ten-year run on ABC with his sitcom The Drew Carey Show and was host of the improv show Whose Line is It Anyway?. He will also be host of a new CBS prime-time game show, The Power of 10, that will air next month.
