Did Nicole Richie Join The Lip Plumper Upper Club?

Looks like girlfriend got herself some new hair and some new lips.  Below is a pic from a little while back.  Her lips look a bit swollen in the top pic to me. (fresh collagen injections anyone?)  What do you think?
