Beyonce’s father, Mathew Knowles, has revealed that Destiny’s Child is getting back together to release a new album. Here’s what he told the Huffington Post:
“We still have our joint venture with Sony, and in November, we’re putting out two Destiny’s Child catalog records with new material.”
He also hopes the trio of Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams will be willing to go on a reunion tour:
“It takes a year of planning to do these tours, but first it starts with the artist wanting to do it. And I think the ladies are still working happily in their solo careers,” he explained, adding, “And I hope in the next five years that there is a reunion tour. I think it would be incredible.”
It’s been nearly a decade since Destiny’s Child put out an album, I can’t wait for their next one to be released. I also hope they do go on a reunion tour!
