Congressman Joe Wilson Apologizes For Heckling President Obama During His Healthcare Speech

Congressman Joe Wilson of South Carolina is apologizing after heckling President Barack Obama during his speech on Wednesday where he yelled “You lie!” in the middle of the Obama’s congressional address.

Vice-President Joe Biden calls Wilson’s outburst “an embarrassment to the institution” and is calling for disciplinary action against the congressman.
