Christina Applegate, 38, is on her way to being married with children…
She and fiancé Martyn Lenoble, 41-year-old Dutch bass player, are expecting their first child together.
The couple became engaged on Valentine’s Day after dating for two years and after Lenoble helped her recover after undergoing a double mastectomy.
