Chris Cornell May Sue Over Stolen Wedding Footage Featuring Brittany Murphy

Brittany Murphy

Chris Cornell, frontman of Soundgarden, and his wife Vicky are threatening to sue after  discovering video from their 2004 wedding was being offered for sale on Craigslist as “lost” footage of now passed away starlet Brittany Murphy, who was a maid of honor at their wedding ceremony.

Cornell is claiming the video was stolen and has threatened to sue the popular ad site, which has since removed the video from sale, and whoever posted the video for sale.

The NY Post says:

“The video features behind-the-scenes wedding moments, many of Brittany Murphy.  He asked Craigslist to hand over details of the seller, arguing that it’s a federal crime because it’s considered stolen copyright.”

Someone’s in deep sheeeeeet!

As we all know, Brittany Murphy died suddenly from cardiac arrest in December.

She has 4 movies that have yet to come out, a possible album, and toxicology results and official cause of death are still yet to be determined.
