Chris Brown Under Investigation For Felony Battery

R&B artist Chris Brown, and boyfriend to Rihanna, is currently under investigation for alleged domestic violence felony battery according to the LAPD.
Officer April Harding tells People:
“The identity of the victim will not be released. Any victim who’s involved in a domestic violence incident is entitled to confidentiality.”
The police states that:
around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Brown and a woman were in a vehicle in L.A. when they became involved in an argument. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker, according to police.
The LAPD received a 911 call that reporting the disturbance and officer Harding added:
“If police locate Brown, yes, he’s subject to arrest.”
When officers arrived they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene.
The LAPD is now conducting an investigation into the incident.
Earlier Saturday night Brown was with girlfriend Rihanna at the Recording Academy and Clive Davis’s Pre-Grammy Gala in Beverly Hills.
People contacted Rihanna’s people asking about her well being and her rep replied:
“Rihanna is well. Thank you for concern and support.”
OH.MY. I guess we’ll find out more soon here after the Grammys begin if if was Rihanna or not……
UPDATE: Both Brown and Rihanna were scheduled to perform at the Grammys, but this statement has just been released:
“We have just been informed that Rihanna will not be attending tonight’s 51st Annual GRAMMY Awards. We’re sorry she is unable to join us this evening.”
UPDATE: Chris Brown turns himself in to police. Officer Karen Smith tells People:
“He turned himself in around 7 p.m. to one of our stations and is being interviewed by detectives now.”

No Man should hit a woman. Bottom line.. Famous or not.. That is not acceptable.. His music should be seperate tho… His music is his job.. What he does in his personal life is different. He is good at music but obviously needs anger mgmt.

I dont even know how I feel about this I love Chris Brown, but no man should ever hit a woman! Im not putting the blame on her, but when I first heard they were getting together I told everyone she wwill be the downfall of his career! I felt that way just because I thought she was to fast an grown for him! He is a baby! Now that baby proved me wrong! I dont know exactly what happen, but he shouldve just left her alone! He shouldve never hit her! She also has a very violent past she smashed a glass in her little brothers face an she fights alot! So the Good Girl was a fraud that chick has always been Bad an I saw it in her! I just wish he wouldve now he is in this mess! He needs to be single for awhile… I hope everything works out for him! I am a true fan, but I am very confused on how I should feel about him now! He let me down!!!!!! I will pray for Chris Brown!
