Chris Brown Rihanna Assault Details From Police Report

Details have emerged from a reported police report that was taken on the night that Chris Brown allegedly assulted Rihanna.

According to FOX 11 in Los Angeles, which claims to have obtained the notes from a search warrant in the case, Rihanna, 21, read a lengthy text message from a woman on Brown’s phone, which led to an argument. Brown – who has a standing court date Thursday – allegedly tried to force his girlfriend out of the Lamborghini, and hit her head against the passenger window.
Brown, 19, then punched the singer while still driving, according to the detective’s notes, and blood filled Rihanna’s mouth. He allegedly told her, “I’m going to beat the —- out of you when we get home.” Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, “I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.” The police notes say that prompted Brown to reply: “You just did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you.”
The report also says that Brown bit Rihanna and put her in a headlock, and that she almost lost consciousness.
That is just very disgusting. And whats even more disgusting is that she is back with him. Obviously she wont be pressing charges, but Brown will be arraigned todayin a L.A. court, and could be charged withseveral different felonies, including domestic violence and making criminal threats. (Each carries a maximum of three years in state prison.)
UPDATE: TMZ just reported that the L.A. County District Attorney has just charged Chris Brown with two felonies. Felony assault and making criminal threats, also a felony.
The charging documents name “Robyn F.” as the alleged victim.
Brown will be arraigned today at 3:30 PM in downtown LA.

This is truly a disgusting story with the worst part being that they are back together. I also heard that Chris is taking anger management classes (probably hoping that’ll make him look better in the courts eyes. In the province I’m in so many abused women wouldn’t press charges after the police arrived at their homes or would drop the charges out of fear after the incident. Because of these problems they changed the law so that police can lay charges if they find evidence of domestic violence. That has helped a lot more cases go through the courts and it doesn’t put any pressure on the victim.

For the last couple of weeks we all listened to the horrific story of Chris Brown
physically and vicious beating on Rihanna. All the stories, all the gossip and
all the pictures. But you know what? It’s nothing like actually listening about
everything (true) from the actual people involved. It vivdly describes what a
terrible event that was. And alot of people are HIGHLY enraged as if it happen
ed to them. And then, we are watching Chris Brown as if he just won the lottery
or something. Problem is, we are all furious and feel as if he’s just going to walk..
Well, there’s a huge amount of people who are hoping that he walks but not for the rea-
son he thought it would be. You got some people who is watching Chris real close so they
can get close to him. Alot attempts will be made on him just on the strength of really
knowing the whole TRUTH. And he’s just toooo cooooll.
Honestly, he is a bad position everywhere he goes. He’s not safe anywhere. Do you know what
happens to women beaters in jail???? Then, what people want know her at any given moment!!!!
And honestly, I can’t feel sorry for him!!!!!!
To Chris Brown: WATCH YOUR BACK, YOU’RE NOT SAFE ANYWHERE.

I feel that if rihanna feel that being back with someone after they have hit her maybe she just that in love I have stayed with a man and he never punched me in the face but he chocked me and draged me and i still loved him and would not dare press any charges on him because my, love for him was to strong. So it may just take sometime for her to understand that love want hit you and hurt you i still have faith for her and she will come around but if he as threaten to really kill you sweety you must just live with loving him but being without him.
