Chloe Grace Moretz is featured in the March issue of Marie Claire, which is on stands February 12th with Keira Knightley on the cover. Inside her interview with the mag the 16-year-old star of Kick Ass 2 and Carrie discusses her dark film roles and how she copes off screen as well as her upcoming role in the remake of Carrie with Julianne Moore.

On her dark roles: “I like doing dark material, which is interesting since I’m such the opposite person. I’m so light and happy. I have a good family and I’m loved.”
On how she copes with her dark roles: “I’ll watch the Disney Channel. My family makes fun of me for it, but with the characters I do, I always use that as my upper.”
On acting alongside, Julianne Moore, in the upcoming remake of Carrie: “She’s one of my favorite people I’ve ever worked with. And if I could do every single movie for the rest of my career with her, I would, because she’s brilliant.”
