Chirstina Aguilera And Jordan Welcome A Baby Boy

E!Online is spreading the word that Christina Aguilera and hubby Jordan Bratman welcomed their first child, a baby boy, in Los Angeles on Friday.

The couple announced the birth in a quick text message to friends and family around 4 p.m.: “Baby has arrived. Mom and dad are doing well!”

There were no further details immediately available. ”As soon as I have more information I will let you know,” the singer’s rep said.

UPDATE:  Max Liron Bratman, was born Saturday at 10:05 p.m., according to a statement from her rep. He weighed six pounds, two ounces and measured 20.5 inches. “Mom is resting and doing well!” Aguilera’s publicist proclaimed.

Christina left a statement on her website saying:

“Today is a very joyful and special day for Jordan and I as we welcome our first son into this world.”

“In honor of our love for each other and our growing family, I have put together a special video for the song ‘Save Me from Myself’ off my Back to Basics album. This video is very dear to me as it includes actual footage from our personal wedding video!

“Just a little something to say ‘thank you’ for your undying love and support. It is in no small part because of you that I live such a blessed and wonderful life!”
