Charlie Sheen’s SUV Stolen And Later Found Crashed Off Cliff
February 5, 2010

As if Charlie Sheen didn’t already have enough troubles, his Mercedes SUV was stolen and later found crashed in a steep ravine near his Sherman Oaks home, Los Angeles this morning.
According to Officer Bruce Borihanh, the LAPD got a 911 call around 4 a.m. that a car was down a cliff off Mulholland Drive. Right around that same time Sheen called to report his car had been stolen.
It wasn’t clear whether Sheen, 44, knows who took the car and a suspect was not in custody.
Borihanh included that the case is being treated as an auto theft. Authorities searched the area by helicopter and on foot but there wasn’t any evidence of anyone being in the car when it went over the cliff’s edge.
Stan Rosenfield, Sheen’s rep told People Mag that police continue to investigate the case adding:
“Charlie was not in the car. Charlie’s fine.”
Sheen joked with The Insider saying:
”It was nice to have police come to my house and for once I didn’t have to leave with them.”
