Brittany Murphy Dies After Going Into Full Cardiac Arrest

 

Brittany Murphy has died at age 32 after going into full cardiac arrest early this morning TMZ is reporting.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department says a 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in LA that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack (pictured with Brittany below).

Murphy was then taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

No other details are available at this time.

UPDATE: Murphy’s mom discovered her unconscious in the shower.

A rep for Brittany tells TMZ:

“In this time of sadness, the family thanks you for your love and support. It is their wish that you respect their privacy.”

So, so sad.  Our hearts are with her family and friends during this difficult time.
