Brittany Murphy Death Certificate Released

Just over a week since the shocking death of actress Brittany Murphy, her death certificate has been released.

The certificate lists Murphy’s full name as ‘Brittany Anne Murphy-Monjack’ and cites her cause of death as ‘deferred’ with the ‘manner of death’ box marked pending investigation,’ meaning her toxicology test results.

The only interesting part is the spot where her father’s name should be listed.   It is marked ‘Unknown’.  Her father, Angelo Bertolotti, spoke to E! News after his daughter’s death although his name is not listed.
