What is the deal with this girl and her hair extensions?! She has more money than she knows what to do with why can’t she get it right with the hair?!
Britney Spears was spotted out and about yesterday outside the Crate & Barrel store in the Sherman Oaks Galleria, in Sherman Oaks with her hair looking like a total mess!
What is the deal?!
