Britney Spears Good Morning America Pictures

 

As we all know by now, Britney Spears appeared on Good Morning America on December 2, 2008 to celebrate her 27th birthday and to kick off the release of her new album Circus.

On the show she  performed her hits ‘Womanizer’ and ‘Circus.’  Video HERE.

She also had a surprise of her own when fellow stars Hugh Jackman, Reese Witherspoon and Taylor Swift wished her a happy birthday in a video montage and she was then presented with a really cool cake. 

Smiling, Britney said, “That’s so sweet, thank you,” as her two sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, watched from the front row with her mom, Lynne.

She also confirmed her plans for a concert tour beginning in March 2009, with the first show near her hometown in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Get the dates HERE.

But for now she is busy with her birthday festivities with a star-studded, “very private, Circus-theme event,” reportedly scheduled for Tuesday night at New York nightspot Tenjune.
