Britney Spears Facing Jail Time
September 22, 2007

Wow! I go out for a little bit tonight and come home to some pretty big stories! Britney Spears has been charged with two misdemeanors, each carrying a max of 6 months in jail. One count of hit and run causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid California license. The charges stem from an August 6 incident in L.A. where Spears was in a private parking lot in the San Fernando Valley.
TMZ says, The Los Angeles Attorney filed charges this afternoon.
Spears’ arraignment is set for October 10.
The City Attorney sent Spears a letter notifying her of the charges. That letter was mailed today.
The victim filed a police report at the LAPD North Hollywood Division on August 9 and filed a report.
After leaving her lawyer’s office, Britney went to a home in Bel Air. A neighbor says the home is owned by a nurse. Ding dang, y’all, we don’t know why she was there. After that, she went to a pet store in Malibu.

If she is very lucky she will check herself in a good rehab-self-improvement center far far away from Hollywood and not in UTAH and stay for a few months..

Commenting for my mother Celia.. She needs a rehab for parenting where she and her children are to spend time in a simple place and surroundings and get to know each other under doctors care and good supervision., however Britney probably wants it quick and easy.. http://positiveparentingthroughdivorce.com/?lt_c=goo1&gclid=COCR-d6d3I4CFQVaUAodzmnIGQ
