Rachel Bilson Grabs Some Groceries

Rachel Bilson was out shopping for some food at a grocery store in Los Feliz, California yesterday.  In her cart were some carrots and organic milk along with other health foods.  If that’s how she always eats, it’s no wonder she stays so fit and tiny!
