Pamela Anderson Moves Ahead With Divorce From Rick Salomon

Two weeks after Pamela Anderson first filed for divorce from Salomon, where she then changed her mind and said that they were “working things out,” Rick Salomon has been officially served with divorce papers (on Dec. 28). The report states her and Rick were married from Oct. 6 to Dec. 13.
Pamela Anderson spent New Year’s Eve alone and recently blogged on her site: “2007 was an interesting year for me. What’s the definition of insanity? This is the year I do everything I wanted to do – my way… I’m going to be proud of every single day – and make sure I do not veer from the path.”

Can someone please explain WHY these celebs go to all this trouble? Why get married, divorced, married, divorced? How do the kids keep track of who their stepdad is?
