Hunky Ben Affleck was out house hunting yesterday for a love nest in Bel-Air for him and I, oh damn, I mean for him and his wife Jennifer Garner.  A girl can dream, right? ;)

Jennifer was out with him, but not in the photos, is it a sign??!!
