Avril Lavigne and hubby Deryck Whibley are living large now that they just purchased the Bel-Air home formerly owned by Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler for $9.5 million. The house is gorgeous. For more pics of the house click below.
The home is located in the wealthy Bel Air Crest area. The three-story gated house has eight bedrooms and 10 1/2 bathrooms. Built in Tuscan-style, the residence sits on one acre, has an elevator, an office, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a steam shower, a sauna, a pool, a spa and a 10-car garage. It has 12,000 sq ft of living space.
