Anne Hathaway Out And About In NY

 

Newly single Anne Hathaway, 25, was snapped walking around New York.

On Wednesday, a source told Usmagazine.com that she had dumped her longtime beau, Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri.

“Yes, they’re taking a break.  All the shady stuff was too much.”

The Daily Mail of London had reported that Hathaway feared that his recent legal woes could hurt her career.

Follieri, 29, is under investigation by the New York State Attorney General’s office for failing to file tax-disclosure forms for his charity, the Follieri Foundation.

He was also arrested in April for allegedly writing a $215,000 bad check.

She appeared on The View this week saying she isn’t feeling her usual upbeat self:

“My personality is very kind of, you know, girlish, bubbly.  Not today…I’m kind of somber today.”

“Mood swings?” asked Joy Behar.

Replied Hathaway: “Let’s not go there.”
