Disney To Buy Marvel Entertainment For $4 Billion

The Walt Disney Co. has agreed to purchase Marvel Entertainment Inc. for $4 billion in cash and stock.  They will acquire ownership of 5,000 Marvel characters bringing those like Iron Man, X-Men and Spider-Man into the Disney family.
